Position: Technical Support Representative

AIR802, a manufacturer of wired and wireless networking products is seeking a dedicated and motivated person for customer service / technical support with various other responsibilities. AIR802 is located in Naperville, Illinois and expects continued future growth in the company which will provide opportunity and challenge for the right candidate.
Job Description:
1. Front line customer support.
2. Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues that customers or resellers are experiencing with configurable products such as wireless access points, wireless USB adapters and network switches.
3. Provide IT support for internal network.
4. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.

Technology Specialist, Park Ridge, IL

Maine Township High School District 207 in Park Ridge, IL has an
opening for a Technology Specialist (full year technology staff).

District Technology Specialist
The Technology Specialist helps to manage user accounts, maintains the
help desk, assists in purchasing and receiving of technology equipment, works with issues surrounding the parent/student portal, and the district website. Helpdesk experience required.

Recommended Skills:
1. Knowledge and experience working with of technical equipment,
software, and web interfaces.
2. Can assist in troubleshooting problems with hardware, software, and
web interfaces.
3. Can sort through complex problems and can decipher when to escalate issues.
4. An ability to help computer users through problems over the phone or email.
5. Experience in using simple programming or scripting to optimize
repeating technical tasks.
