Help Desk Analyst II - Chicago, IL

Job Description


Support business software and hardware systems. Responsible for configurations, operations, assisting users with desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware problems and LAN issues. Install software, upgrades, evaluate install patches, and resolve software related problems.

Install software, upgrades, resolve software related problems.
Provide daily operation and administration support to IT development and each Detachment.
Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support for the Help Desk and business operations as needed.
Trouble-shooting and support business application issues
Must have Microsoft system engineer certifications

Job Requirements


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 5 years .Net application support experience required

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree and a minimum

Computer Skills
Microsoft Office suite proficiency. Desired skills include Microsoft certifications, Security, CCNA.
