COD is still accepting scholarship applications for Fall Semester 2011. The deadline to apply is Monday, May 2, 2011!!!
Some available scholarships:
Lillian Neale Campbell Scholarship (Financial Need) - 10 awards at $1,500 each
Earl E. Swanson, Jr. Memorial Scholarship (Art majors) - 1 award at $1,000
Louis J. Mannion Scholarship for Fathers - 1 award at $1,000
Power Construction Company Scholarship (Construction Management) - 2 awards at $2,500 each
H. Claire Walters, RN Memorial Scholarship - 1 award at $2,000 each
Joos Memorial Scholarship - 1 award at $500
Other scholarships include:
Naperville Rotary Charities & the Rotary Club of Naperville: 5 awards at up to $6,000
Barth Engineering/Computer Science Scholarship: 1 award at $1,500
Magnetrol-Judy G. Stevenson Scholarship (Electronics, Manufacturing, Welding): 2 awards at $3,000 each
There are plenty more scholarship opportunities for women, single parents, ethnic minorities, academic excellence, as well as for students pursuing a degree in nursing, music, and criminal justice to just name a few.
