NETWORK ENGINEER (SECURITY)

Our large healthcare client in downtown Chicago is seeking a Network Engineer to help deploy, configure and maintain their LAN/WAN infrastructure. This individual will work on a 7-man team and be responsible for supporting all Cisco hardware and documenting necessary changes/upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- CCNA or CCNA Security
- 3-5 years of network support experience with Cisco Equipment
- Cisco ASA and PIX Firewalls
- In-depth knowledge and experience in computer/network security, network vulnerability, and network risk
management, network security software, IP addressing schemes, penetration testing.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, fast technology learner and ability to independently perform tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot network performance problems.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree

Desired:
- CCSP
- Documentation * network diagrams, visio
- Knowledgeable of WLAN System/product using Fast and Gigabit Ethernet traffic
- ITIL or other Change Management experience
