Technical Support Engineer
TEKsystems is currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a client in the south suburbs of Chicago for a contract to hire opportunity. Ideal candidates for this position will have 5-7 years of technical support experience as well as 5-7 years of experience of LAN/WAN networks. This role will be responsible for providing level one and two phone support for proprietary LAN/WAN products for our client. Also, a CCNA certification and a bachelors degree are huge plusses for this opportunity.
