Description:
ALIS is interested in retaining a Help Desk technician. The person will help with day-to-day IT/support related operations. This person will provide technical support including, but not limited to: answering help desk calls, responding to IT issues including printer, MS Office and other application issues. Will be assigned additional projects depending on experience.

Qualifications/Requirements: (i.e., education, technical skills)
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any technology related field and/or 2 years of relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of the Internet and web-based applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expected to work approximately 25-35 hours per week
- Windows OS (XP, 2003/2008 server)
- MS Office 2003/2007
- Microsoft certified
