Molly and Joanne,
I worked for a large company and they looked for entry level employees at job fairs. I also have interviewed with companies and had my resume improved at college career centers. These may all be good places to find out where hiring managers are looking for entry level resumes. I have observed that different companies use different resources to find employees. Sometimes contacting the company with an interesting job posting is a good way to ask how they prefer to receive a cover letter/resume and the employment application. Contacting the company may also provide the name of a hiring manager to speak with and send any thank you or follow-up letters.
