This position is part of Zones* ATS Professional Services team to support Zones business as a single-source provider to our clients* Active Directory environments, Enterprise Software services, Virtualization, Security, Unified Communications, Storage and Wireless solutions from leading vendors.

RESULTS TO BE ACHIEVED:

* Plan, design, implement and support Cisco Data Center Network infrastructure solutions.
* Provide support for Cisco Nexus and Catalyst routers, switches, and Cisco UCS.
* Monitor data center operations and troubleshoot incidents and problems.
* Operate, maintain, monitor, and support data center infrastructure equipment.
* Perform new installations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
* Follow change management policies and practices.
* Write and maintain infrastructure documentation.
* Contribute to product development and written proposals.
* Work in a team environment by helping other IT teams like server, storage, AFS/NFS in their day to day operations.

Certificates/Licenses, Etc:
* CCNA, CCIE is preferred

Required Experience:
* Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience with in-depth experience with routers, switches, load balancers, CSS/GSS, etc.
* Demonstrable technical proficiency in maintaining and operating Data Center equipment, data products, and associated applications.
* Strong experience and understanding of protocols/technologies - OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, QOS, WAN optimization, and Cisco WAAS.
* Experience working in IT operations environment or data systems (servers, storage, etc.) implementation and networking system implementation.
* Experience with network services - DNS, DHCP, Radius, TACACS, SNMP, LDAP, SMTP and NFS.
* Experience with syslog, swatch and application monitoring.
* Installing and configuring Cisco IOS or NX-OS network equipment.
* Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective
* Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs, with occasional overnight travel
* Understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and capabilities of the business.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management.
* Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers
* Capable of performing the function of Project Lead.
* Ability to travel as needed.
